If you only have two days, a day trip from Manali works fine. The bus from Manali to Barshaini leaves around 8 pm, so you can catch it early, reach Tosh before dusk, enjoy a quick tea break, then head back. On the return morning you’ll still catch the sunrise over the valley before the roads start getting busy. This keeps the drive short and lets the kids stretch without a night on the road.
