If you only have a few hours, a quick loop that hits Tagore Hill, then Ranchi Lake, and finishes at Pahari Mandir is efficient. The drive from Hundru to Tagore is about 45 minutes, and from there Ranchi Lake is another 20 minutes. After the lake you can stop at the temple, which is just a 5 minute ride away. If you need a quick bite or a place to freshen up before heading back, the Capital O The Jumar is only a few kilometres from the village.
