You might want to book a room at Hotel Kalpa in Kalpa; it’s right on the trail and has good reviews. Staying there lets you leave early, hit Roghi by 9 am, and head back before the afternoon crowd peaks around 2 pm. If you prefer a quieter spot, a quick detour to Jibhi around 10 am gives you a quiet market walk before the day gets busy.
