You might consider staying at ARCO Hotels And Resorts Sonmarg. It’s just over 4.4 km from the pass, so you’ll still catch those early glacier shots, and the higher rating usually means quieter rooms and better soundproofing for a romantic evening. If a quieter riverside vibe is more important, a slightly farther option like Country Inn & Suites by Radisson would keep you within a 5 km drive but give you a quieter backdrop. Which feels more important to you instant glacier access or a more secluded setting?
