If you’re leaving from Jammu early, a shared auto from the Tawi bus stand usually starts around 7 am and runs every 20 30 minutes. It takes about 45 minutes to the temple and many drivers drop you right at the main gate, saving you a walk. After the visit, staying at The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa in Gulmarg gives you a comfortable base for the next day.
