    If you’re already at Shilparamam, the quickest way to reach Golconda Fort is a short cab hop of about 20 minutes, then another quick ride to Charminar that takes roughly 15 minutes. That gives you a full window to explore the fort’s ramparts and the historic square before sunset. If you prefer a single ride from the airport, a cab to the park is about 45 minutes, so you’d be there by 10:45 a.m. and could start the fort tour around 11 a.m. Does that fit your schedule?
