If you’re short on time, after the coin display you can quickly walk up to the second floor exhibit that houses a few illustrated manuscripts from the 17th century Kumaon court. They show the scripts used in local administration and give a snapshot of the region’s literary culture. A quick coffee break at Sunita Elite right outside the museum can round off the visit.
