When’s the best time for a jog at Town Park, Haryana?

Sonali Menezes · 1 month ago ·22 replies

I’m planning a quick run or walk at Town Park and want to know when it’s best to go. The park is open 24 hours and free to enter, but I’ve heard the best times are in March, April, October, or November. Also, is it easy to get there from Gurgaon by bus or metro?

If you’re coming from Gurgaon, the easiest way is to take the Delhi Metro to the nearest station and then a local bus or auto to Town Park. The park is about 7 km from Bahadurgarh, so you could also catch a bus that stops there and walk in. The best weather for a run is indeed in March, April, October, or November when temperatures are mild. If you end up staying nearby, the Townhouse OAK Hotel C Pearls in Bahadurgarh is a solid option. You can catch the 5:30 am or 6:30 pm Delhi Metro from Gurgaon to the nearest station, then hop on a local bus that heads straight to Town Park. The route usually takes about 45 minutes. If you want a quieter run, try early morning on a weekday; the park is less crowded then.

For a quieter run, try early Saturday mornings when the crowds thin out. If you need a place to stay nearby, the Townhouse OAK Hotel C Pearls in Bahadurgarh is a good option.
