How do I reach Shoolini Mata Temple from Solan Railway Station?

I’m planning a quick visit to Shoolini Mata Temple and would like to know the easiest way to get there from Solan Railway Station. The temple is open all day and free to enter, so a short trip would be ideal. I also heard there’s an annual fair – would that affect traffic or crowd levels? And since Solan Brewery is only about 2 km away, I’m wondering if there’s a convenient bus or taxi that runs between the station, the brewery, and the temple. Any tips on timing or best transport options would be appreciated. Also, are there any good budget hotels just a few kilometers from the temple for a quick stay?
