Good breakfast spots near Hatimatha Temple early morning?

I’ll be arriving in Shimla early in the morning to visit Hatimatha Temple, which is open 24 hours and has free entry. I’m looking for a place to grab a quick breakfast or snack before I head out to the temple. Are there any local eateries or dhabas near the temple that open early? Also, what’s the best route from the bus stop to reach a good breakfast spot?

If you’re heading straight from the bus stop, a quick walk to the corner café near Hotel Springfields (just 0.2 km away) usually opens around 7 am. They serve light snacks, tea and a few local breads.
