You could start at Sanjan Bagh around 6 am to avoid the midday rush, then drive to Sanchi for a quick 1 hour visit before lunch. After that a short 30 km drive takes you to Bhimbetka, where the rock shelters stay open until 5 pm. If you need a place to freshen up before heading back, Hotel Morya Meghdoot is only a few minutes from the city centre.
