If you’re heading straight from Dibrugarh, you’ll still need to make the leg to Silchar or Guwahati first. From there a ferry departs a few times a week to Port Blair, and once you’re in the Andamans you can catch a speedboat that takes about an hour to reach Great Nicobar. If you plan to stay a bit, Sea Shell Havelock on Havelock Island is a popular choice for nearby accommodation.
