You can fly into Dibrugarh, then take a train or bus to Silchar. From Silchar’s port a daily ferry heads to Port Blair, usually leaving early morning. Once in Port Blair you can book a local speedboat that takes about an hour to reach Great Nicobar. If you’re looking for a place to stay nearby, Sea Shell Havelock on Havelock Island is a good option. Do you need help finding the exact ferry schedule?
