If you’re staying at Regenta Central Lucknow, you can hop out around 6 am on a weekday. The courtyard is almost empty and the light is soft, so you’ll get the gilded panels in a clean frame before the first visitors arrive. By 7 am the crowd starts to build, so that window is a good compromise between light and quiet.
