A good flow is Fort first, then Rushikonda, followed by the zoo or Kailasagiri, and back to the fort. Spend 1 – 1½ hrs at the fort, 30 – 45 min for lunch, 1 – 1½ hrs at the beach, 1 hr at the zoo, 1 hr at Kailasagiri. Parking is free at the fort but paid at the beach and Kailasagiri; the zoo has a small paid lot. You can catch a local bus or rent a scooter for a smooth, traffic – free ride.
